TITLE OF THE PROJECT : AIDS CURE HERBAL MEDICINE "AIDS-MEDICINE"

OBJECTIVES

The medicine to be used on terminally ill - AIDS (Advanced Stage) patients

SUBJECT OF THE PROPOSAL

The main aim of the inventors are to make available herbal MEDICINE "AIDS-MEDICINE" which has cured 300 AIDS patients so far under the guidance of Dr. K Surya Kumar M.D. (Ayurveda), patients who were under C1, C2, C3 conditions (CDC, 1992 definition) became normal, HIV + without any symptomatic condition and leading normal lives. The main object of inventors is to promote their invented medicine and to distribute to all AIDS patients throughout India at reasonable cost. The main benefit of medicine is that it has no side effect like ART and ATT drugs. So far there is no curative medicine available globally for terminally AIDS (full blown) patients, hence inventors request the government of India to take up the proposal of inventors to prove the efficacy of "AIDS-MEDICINE" which is a life saving herbal blend. The inventors are deeply concerned about the lives of AIDS patients who are in dying stage, whose deaths can be prevented by present medicine. The inventors hope that ICMR and CCRAS can associate and guide the inventors on behalf of Government of India and further the inventors here in will render all possible cooperation to government of India in safeguarding the lives of full blown AIDS patients. The proposed herbal blend is rare research work. The inventor C. H. Bhoomeshwar with effective association of Dr. Pandit Sawant designed the synergistic Composition of Herbal medicine. All Herbs are collected from Indian Botanical Medicinal Plants and are easily available in India. The AIDS problem is currently an international issue and India is Figuring Second AIDS Capital of the world next to South Africa, hence the present proposal of inventors needs to be examined by Government of India to eradicate this menace.

The AIDS patients mainly do not want to disclose their identity due to their social status, they conceal much of their clinical records. However for research work purpose inventors can convince them to present their clinical reports by encrypting their identities thus data of cured AIDS patients can be obtained.

The medicine is purely herbal Blend no Mineral or Chemicals Compounds are need to added as substance. The ingredients used are to be washed and dried in hot sun and put in grinder and then it becomes powder. The powder obtained is sieved and packed.
Each AIDS patient suffering and in advance stage of AIDS must consume 15 Grams per day (5 grams x Three times), Morning noon and night before bed. 
The medicine has no effect on alcoholics, tobacco chewing and smokers. The patient should not eat Potato, Brinjal, Tamarind mixed curry.
The medicine has no effect on Hepaltitis B+ patients. The AIDS patients suffering from cancer and tuberculosis must take separate treatment along with the present Herbal Medicine.

Each AIDS patient suffering and in advance stage of AIDS must consume 15 Grams per day (Three times). Morning noon and night before bed.

All patients whoever consumed our medicine are attending day to day duty and they are free from AIDS symptoms.

The Medicine may be sent for analysis to ISM, Gaziabad upon recommendation by ICMR / CCRAS to check the efficacy.

As the AIDS is one of the disease under schedule 'J' under Rule 106(1), Drugs and Cosmetic Rules, and the inventors claim absolute therapeutic cure for AIDS need thorough clinical trial under Govt. of India (ICMR/CCRAS/DG Drug Control) thus seeks intervention of all organization concern to promote "IMMUNO HERBAL SANJIVINI" "Balaji Amruta" as per the direction given by Hon'ble Delhi High Court.

The Inventor expects the possible help from Govt. of India in getting clinically to undertake 30 full blown AIDS patients for treatment with pre-pathological test of CD4 and Viral Load (RNA Copier test) and after treatment (post-test)for CD4, and Viral Load test at Government Expense, However Inventor can spend money on preparation of Herbal Medicine and will distribute to the subjected patients at Free of cost.

Inventor further requests the Govt. of India to provide all possible help in getting tested the efficiency of the Medicine and further requests to organise/convene seminar for discussion about the above medicine in front of expert Ayurvedic Physician, Pathologist and other eminent person involved in the field of AIDS/HIV + knowledge and skill, as to enable to explain and share the experience of Inventor along with the supervision of Dr. Pandit Sawant & Dr. K. Surya Kumar, M.D. Ayurveda.

As no other country has invented Medicine to cure advance stage AIDS patients so far, thus the project requires a due consideration and speedy trails to place India in top position in the field of AIDS cure medicine.
